• Mould production

As sales facility of the Simoldes Group in Germany, ACS is the prime contact for manufacturers worldwide, especially in the automotive industry. Here we take on responsibility for the project and sales management of mould-making projects and the manufacture of mass production moulds. In addition we support our customers in engineering and development work, experimental mould construction, mass production mould construction, demoulding systems, inspection, measuring and test equipment, welding and stamping installations and also cubing. Working together with group companies and our permanent partners in Asia, South Africa and North America, we at ACS manage and oversee these projects throughout the world.

With our group's own mould-making capacity of approx. 265 000 h per month we are able to handle large-scale projects in mould production and thus produce multiple automobile components simultaneously. Starting with bumper fascias including all add-on and reinforcement parts, via dashboard supports with all functional and visible components, door trim panels, rocker panels, spoilers, centre consoles, ABS pillar trim panels, and extending to plastic trim and components for the entire exterior and interior of the vehicle.
